Unfortunately, I have to admit that I have fallen off the wagon. I apologize, Encore Bride, but with the move I seemed to have hurt my back and it just hasn't been the same. It is getting better though, I just have to put that kind of activity on hold. I have been suffering from random flair ups so I have been icing, heating and taking Tylenol to ease the pain and soreness when needed.
To all the shredders, please don't let my excuse be your excuse. You can do this! It is a great workout and I cannot wait to jump back on the wagon!
So good luck my fellow shredders. I can't wait to hear about your progress!

I'm not a shredder, but I am moving this weekend into our new house (fingers crossed that the appraiser doesnt' screw the pooch on this). How'd the move go?
ReplyDeleteOh I'm so sorry. I can relate as I currently have a cracked rib and have had to take a break from my pre-wed workouts :(
ReplyDeleteHope you are better soon - btw, I left you something over on my blog today :)
Ugh, I've fallen off too! I was doing it because we get level 1 free with our On Demand cable, but we only have it in our TV room, and I hate working out in front of my hubby. So last week I got the DVD so I can do it in our living room...but have still yet to take it out of the box. I need to figure out something to motivate me!
ReplyDeleteOh, hope your back feels better! And check out my blog, I have a surprise for you!
